- DRIZTOOLS - Support tools for image combination with Drizzle

- tdrizzle - newer version of drizzle with context images, multiple
kernel support, secondary geometric parameters
and many other small enhancements. UNSUPPORTED TEST VERSION.
- wdrizzle - an identical code to tdrizzle except with the additional
option of using WCS-driven geometrical transformations.
UNSUPPORTED TEST VERSION.
- traxy - transforms an X,Y pixel position from input to output pixel
coordinates using the same scheme as drizzle.
- tranback - the reverse of traxy, goes from an output X,Y to the input
equivalent pixel position.
- wcs2dr - read the headers from a list of images and calculate the drizzle
parameters necessary to align these inputs with a reference image.
