This release is being made solely to correct problems with the previous STSDAS/TABLES v2.1 release. The most serious of the problems affects PCIRAF and Tru64 platforms. The changes for other platforms are relatively minor (primarily fixing problems with help files, and cleaning up the directories).

Starting with the most important changes:

1) TABLES v2.1 is linked by default with CFITSIO to provide access to FITS binary tables (previously, it had used the SPP version of FITSIO). There was a bug in CFITSIO that caused serious data corruption problems when reading double precision columns on little-endian Unix platforms (PCIRAF and Tru64). STSDAS/TABLES v2.1.1 now includes a fix that corrects this problem. (tables$lib/tbtables/cfitsio/swapproc.c has been updated)

2) Rebuilt the TABLES help database to bring it up to date.

3) A bogus link for tbtables in tables/lib/tbtables was deleted.
